excellent location friendly staff quiet room

The buffet had a great variety of food. A welcome drink included Cava. I appreciated the free drink at the bar. The location was excellent, near restaurants and sights. Public transport was within a five minute walk. A rooftop plunge pool existed. The staff provided a friendly welcome. The first floor room had a terrace. The room was quiet.

The lift was slow.

the cute lobby offered cool refreshments which was greatly appreciated. the hotel staff were very helpful and readily provided loaner umbrellas . the location allowed for easy walkable access to nearby restaurants and other attractions. the room overlooked a peaceful backyard.

the absence of towels at the pool was inconvenient and required me to request them daily. this small detail detracted from the overall experience. i hope there will be more towels available to use in the future.

wide selection helpful staff small room bathroom mold

the breakfast offered a wide selection, including both buffet items and a la carte options. the staff was always helpful and stored my luggage before my trip began and after it ended. they also ordered my taxi.

my room felt small, especially given it was supposed to be a suite. the bathroom wasnt very clean. i also noticed some mold in the corners of the bathroom, and the shower was damaged.
